Dentist

Hi doc,
I just went to see a dentist this morning in china, everything he used was new and clean except a gas gun which he used to dry my gum, and if there is blood inside the gun head and coming out with the gas to my gum, not sure if my gum was bleeding or not, and I had my wisdom teeth removed just the place he dry my gum one month back. would this be a risk for HIV?

Thank you for your reply.
The gas gun is hollow around 1-1.5mm, if there is blood trap inside will that consider as expose in the air? I do confirm he didn't clean that gun and there are at least 3 mins gap between me and another patient, and he said it's only air and water coming out.I am so scare of doctor in china now, they always have some things unclean...
