Hello I am wondering if someone can get hiv from putting their fingers in a female's vagina?

Nope, one cannot. In fact, as far as I know, no one has ever contracted HIV from fingering. It is on the list of pretty darned safe sexual activities, which include: dry humping, mutual masturbation and sexual massage.
So, if you are worried about this, you can stop now - it just doesn't happen.
