Fingered vagina with a cut finger + sucked breast

Hi,
2 days back, I fingered a sex worker of unknown HIV status with my finger and later i noticed an scracth on the skin(which may be there before fingering) above my nail(due to cold weather). Also I sucked her break (no milk was there, but i sucked it)

My questions are:
1) What is the possibility of HIV infection with such a fresh scrath(I think only skin has gone in 0.5mm width and 2mm length, but it may be a fresh cut then). She had enough vaginal fluid.
2) What is the possibility of HIV infection with sucking breast and licking a break without milk.(Is there any possibility of some other fluids from the breast?)
3) If there is any(even small) risk, How many days I should wait for the HIV Test?

4) Should I opt for a PEP? What is the side effect of PEP? If I go for it?

I am so tensed and waiting for the asnwer.
Thanks for your response.

Hi, i caught cold and having through pain today with minor eye pain with light red color in the eye. Slight mucle pain also in the back right side.  it has 3 days that i did the fingering and recieved the unprotected oral sex. It is any chance sign of HIV or anything? (No fever as of now).

Some very small pimple shown up...Around 5 in my face, which has some hard puzz like stuff(they seems open, if we touch it it won't get in to our hand), but i pressed it out with my fingers and cleared. Can it be signs of any STD infection?
