low risk lots of symptoms

last year i had this kind of exposure:
i layed on the bad  with my under pants  on, she an african american sex-worker completly nude was sitting on my genital and rubed me with her vaginal area for aprox 5 minutes, altough i had my underpants on my penis came out of the hall 2-3 times for aprox 10 seconds before i sticked it back in
so when sticked out, my head of penis rubbed her vagina no penetration just rubbing
I wouldnt have been that concerned only that 2-3 weeks after i had sore throat with maybe slight fever  which was gone in no time  and after 4 weeks i developed red rash dots under my skin of both palms of hands then my skin started to peel in patces and like blue discoloration appeared on my palms as well as my fingertips
so i would like to know if this warns hiv signs that requires testing?

So, if I'm getting right, rubbing with penis over/on (only)  vaginal lips, you can get HIV?

You can not contract HIV this way, even by rubbing your genitals with hers without anything in between. Transmission requires unprotected penetration. Period
