First time

Hello dr i am in a mess right now I am still a virgin and I was tired of being not sexual active so I my friend gave me this girls number who he's been testing saying how she's easy. So I texted her for a week and finally went to her house. We engaged in kissing, then we both became undressed she gave me a blowjob then told me to put a condom on and **** her but I was to
Scared so I said I don't have a condom then she's like just **** me I'm horny just pull out. But I didn't I just rubbed my penis in on her laiba, vagina area, she was wet to , now dr I'm extremely scared I've read on a lot HIV sites that rubbing gnitals is a risk epically if her juice comes in contact with my head I'm extremely terrified dr I'm having a lot of symptoms : headaches, pain between eyes, stuffy nose, tired, right shoulder pain, lower back pain, and everytime I wake up after long sleep I'm still tired. Dr I'm so scared this is my first ever exposure and I think I infected oh what should I do, it's been 2 weeks dr, any advice will help thanks. Also dr thinking about what happened during frottage I'm scared that I may of dippe but every time I visual it I can't remember full detail.

Enough of the Academy Award performance--you never had a risk--don't need to test and the only meds you require are for stress and paranoia.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
