Flase negative @ 6 months?

Hi - i was involved with a csw and caught chlamydia.I also experienced chills,sweats-fever, muscle aches and oral thrush.I tested at 3 months and 6 months and my antibody serostatus has been declared negative.Im somwhat concerned of the validity of these tests as a result of articles i have read on the net about delayed seroconversion and on posted by a member of this forum http://www.cdc.gov/eid/content/15/1/129.htm :about a woman who tested multiple times antibody negative and still died of hiv.How can I know for sure that im safe?
