Fluid outside the environment risk

Pretty much going to sum up if this is a risk or not. Worried about it....

Last year I was told to go clean the restroom (toilet as well). I notice blood was in the water and as was cleaning around the toilet (these toilets are automatic flushes) the toilet flushed and some of the water splash got onto my face/eye/skin. Is there any risk here? I went and bought 2 Oraquick recently and both came out negative. Can I trust these results from this?

HIV is fragile and only possible non-sex risk is quickly sharing hollow needles that you inject with quickly so you don't have to worry about anything else.  HIV in the toilet was dead before it even dripped off the person's cut onto the toilet.
