Fresh blood and hiv risk.

Yesterday I went to a bike washing service to wash my motobike. A middle age man with some tattoos on his hand helped me to wash my bike. When finished, he started to use a dried cloth to wipe my bike dry. At that time, he accidentally cut his right arm (not his hands nor thumbs) with my license plate. The cut wasnt big at all, just about 5mm.
He pressed and pushed his arm to his shirt several times to prevent blood to come out and then continue wipping.
About 15 seconds later he stood up and used left hand to check the wound. I can't tell whether he touched his wound and have blood on his hand or not, but I saw his wound, ot was fresh and still covered with some blood, not much.
After all that, he used both hands to TOUCH MY MOTOBIKE HANDLEBAR AND MOVE MY BIKE A LITTLE.
At that time I was Scared but I have some works to finish so I have to ride my bike almost immidiaty after him touching the handlebar which was 10 seconds later.
my hand at that time have a 2mm two days old paper cut.
When get home, which was 3 minutes later, I put a lot of Alcohol in my hands.
Could you please tell me how high was my risk? Please help!

I have explained that HIV is not transmitted that way and that no testing is required for such an event.

It makes no difference because HIV becomes inactive and unable to infect once exposed to air.

But what happen if my hands have some tiny cuts, wounds that i cannot see. Also I have to tell you that two weeks ago I fall off and scratched both hands quite bad.

The risk of contracting HIV in this manner is zero.HIV becomes inactive once exposed to air and your cut was healed over.
