Gave oral several times.. Some "risky" places. Really worried!

Ok. Over the past 10-12 years I have given oral to other men. I would say about 2-3 times a year so that would be about 20 + different guys during that time period. A few months ago for some reason I started getting concerned about HIV. Not one ever fully ejaculated in my mouth and at most some pre cum. I was rimmed by a couple of guys but only 3 or 4 during this time. Never had insertive or receptive anal, no drug use.
I am very worried especially since it seems like I have the "symptoms".
Some aching, pains at times under my arm, legs and back. I get mouth ulcers once or twice a year.
Never remember having night sweats or high fever.
I met most not all of these guys at bath houses, parks, etc. which really concerns me. NOW.

My mind is killing me!
I can't make myself test because I feel certain I have it and I'm not sure how I would handle it.

With that many times of unprotected oral and the places in which I gave/received should I be concerned?

I know there are a lot on the one time oral, no risk etc.. But this is like 20+ times.

Please help!

If you are in your mid 30's or there about it is natural, but the only way to know is by having a blood test. HIV is not a concern.

I guess just putting the puzzle together. I am absolutely certain I never had insertive or receptive anal. But I am certain I have low testosterone and of course I googled everything!  Just VERY worried and I appreciate the reply!

Now why would it in your case? You never had an exposure.

I have low testosterone. Does that have anything to do with HIV?
Thanks for your quick reply.

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
