Getting a hiv test tomorrow

Good morning, I will be happy if you could read my whole story.
I discovered medhelp some time ago when searching for hiv, and decided to contribute my knowledge with regards to hiv. With that said, my studies in life sciences does not really help much, although I do plan to enter the medical field.
My exposure is unprotected insertive oral and deepthroating.
I do know that the risk is deemed zero. However this is a controversial topic and hence, I decided to get a hiv test tomorrow.
Half of me is sure that I have no hiv(risk and pathology) but the other half is suspicious about the symptoms(I know they are non specific...)
Now the problem is the fear with regards to testing. My whole life my be ruined if I am positive. Hopefully, I am negative.
THE QUESTION: Can you share some of your experiences? This is my first hiv test in my life, do you have any opinion with regards to my situation?

You also know that a persons whole life is NOT going to be ruined if they are positive..........even if their goal is a life in medicine. Physician, heal thyself.

A little shocked after seeing you answer questions that you'd ask this one yourself.  You've read and told others how HIV is spread.  Unprotected vaginal and anal sex and IV drug needles shared.  Oral isn't a risk.  NO ONE has ever gotten HIV from oral that is proven and documented.  NO ONE.  NOT a single case anywhere in the world that doctors back up happened.  You aren't going to be the first.

It's like any other test someone would take.  No big deal but in your case, completely unnecessary.  You give a lot of assessments and advice to others yet don't take it for yourself?  You should!  I guess it's good you allowed yourself to be vulnerable and ask a fear based question but science does not back your worry.
