Girl on top rubbing me..

Had a oral sex and rimming with a girl.. I know is no risk.. But the girl sat on me and rubbing vaginal with my pennis.. I m very sure not penetrative inside.. But maybe my pennis head got a bit inside her vaginal lips.. And the vaginal fluids touch my head.. Is that a risk? I didn't wear any condom because I didn't plan and wan sex with her...

As the others have stated, NO RISK.  You're asking about rubbing and touching vagina was already explained that it is not a risk.  The risks:  unprotected and penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drugs.  Nothing else is a risk.  Touching is not a risk.  Air is involved.  Air inactivates the virus.  Please accept this answer.  NO RISK.

No one here can determine whether you penetrated her or not.  Only you could possibly know.

No penetration = no risk
Brief penetration = extremely low risk.  Most people wouldn't even bother testing for an exposure like this, especially since you don't even know if she is HIV+.

What I mean is not penetration inside.. This I m sure.. But maybe my pennis touched or rubbing her wet vaginal.. This make me worried...
No penetration = no risk, no matter how worried you are.
Thanks so much
She knows there is no hiv risk doing this, which is the only reason she didn't require you to wear a condom.
Sir anxiousnomore... No hiv risk even pennis touching vaginal when rubbing.. Even the vaginal fluids will touching pennis.. Or when rubbing the head of pennis will go in a bit of vaginal?
You must be very anxious, because you have repeated all of the advice but put a question mark at the end of each sentence.
