Guillain-Barre syndrome and HIV

I had unprotected vaginal sex 10 weeks ago now. 3 days later i had cough and fever that lasted a day. Tested negative at 4 weeks
Week 8 iv developed shooting and burning pains in my thighs that come and go, are mostly worse at night and after light exercise.  Iv researched these symptoms and im wondering if ive got Guillain-Barre syndrome.  Are my symptoms commonly assosiated with hiv?
Il be havin a test in 2 weeks...am so scared tho

Thanks

Have no idea. See a doctor would be the most logical thing to do.
