H1N1 Vaccine and HIV false positive test.

Hi , I have taken H1N1 nasal spray vaccine 2 months ago and plan to do HIV test in the next 3 weeks. Is there a possibility that the H1N1 vaccine may result in a false positive HIV elisa blood test?

Thanks, will be doing so 4 weeks after exposure but still reading on some sites which state Hiv test result could be false positive after any flu vaccine

No. But if you are going to test wait at least 4-6 weeks from the date of your exposure and ensure its at least 3rd gen at a minimum with 4th gen being the best
