hiv can only infect a very few, very specific types of cells. these cells are not found in your finger. if you had a cut on your finger larger enough, open enough and bleeding enough to be a real pathway to cells that hiv CAN infect, believe me, you wouldn't be sticking it into some woman's vagina.

No, the answer given to you still doesn't change. The wound had to be asolutely fresh, majorly gapped to profusely bleed and then in contact wih an infected fluid could put you in to any sort of risk. You are fine.seek counseling and move on.

What Liz told you. It's the biproduct of anxiety. Anxiety causes chemical imbalance in the brain and the imbalance results in to the mentioned superficial symptoms. However, once they recieve thir negative or accept the fact that their fears were irrational, coming back and writing their stories, confessing the fact that all their symptoms are gone and they feel better. Why? Because they realize that their so called "Symptoms" were anxiety induced.
