HIV + Syphilis rapid test

I had a rapid test done, so the nurse took blood from my finger and I got the result within 10 minutes. The result was for both HIV and syphilis.
But I am a little confused now, is this test for HIV a 4th generation test(Ag+Ab) or is it a different one because it is combined with syphilis test(which I know it detects Ab)??

No one here can tell you what test you were given.  Call the clinic.  It was almost certainly two different tests - one for HIV and one for syphilis, but a single finger prick was used for blood for each.

You had zero risk for HIV and you had no reason to test in the first place, so there's no point in questioning the test.  You didn't get HIV from the event you described in your earlier thread.  Any test you take will be conclusive - and negative - since you had zero risk for HIV.
