HIV-1 RNA by PCR - Result explanation

Hello,

Since I was very worried of a potential exposure 2 weeks ago, I took a HIV-1 RNA by PCR at 13 days after the episode, I still had my symptoms then even if they were starting to get better. The result says: HIV-1 RNA by PCR <20 not detected. Then log10 HIV-1 RNA Unable to calculate result since non-numeric result obtained for component test.

I know that I still have to do an antibody test in few weeks and I know the forum already answered my previous questions on my episode, but what does this mean? Especially the second component test? Thanks.
