HIV Anxiety

Hi, two weeks ago I gave a man oral sex. It was the worst experience of my life and I'll never do it again. As I sucked him I stopped and asked if he wanted to try anal sex. He started to put his penis inside of my anus but I stopped him. Partly because of pain and partly because he didn't have on a condom. He never penetrated my anus. I continued to suck him and I let him ejaculate in my mouth. I immediately spit it out. Since then I have had an upset stomach sometimes, loose stool, a funny feeling in my throat more lie a lump and not a sore throat. I also sneeze at least 10 times a day. Please help I think that I have HIV or is this just anxiety. Also the man is heterosexual and doesn't usually, if ever, have sexual encounters with men. He says that he doesn't hav anything but what if he doesn't kow hat he has.
