HIV Contamination

Hi there.
I have been suffering from hand eczema for a while. My right hand is sore and has open oozing wounds. If I pour alcohol, it burns. This morning I went to a drugstore to buy some toiletries. After paying for them, I realized the cashier had blood on her left hand. I asked her if she had hurt herlself and she told me she had just cut her hand on glass. I am really worried now, as I don't know whether (if she is HIV-positive) the fact that she handled my products and then handed them to me may pose a contamination threat. What do you think?
