HIV DUO test-- where do I find this in Chicago?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this-- I've been trying to find any clinic / location that offers the 4th generation HIV duo test that is accurate after 28 days of potential exposure, in Chicago. I've been trying to google it to no avail. Are these tests commonly used at clinics that claim that they offer "conventional HIV testing"? Or do I have to find a specific site? Anyway, any help / recommendations would be great.

I will call them tomorrow to ask-- however, online it doesn't say anything about the 4th generation tests. it only says "HIV testing". Not sure what type of test they're referring to. Thoughts?

Well I'm from Chicago myself so I would like to know 2. Other then planed parenthood I would say ur primary doctor office and I know the free clinics offer hiv testing as well.

was that in response to me or to tvirkas? I'm just not sure how you're so sure-- i did use a condom, but i was not able to inspect whether or not it was broken, as the escort took it off for me. that's the cause of my concern.
