HIV High Risk (IM SO STUPID)

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a a thai girl in Australia, she was here on a student visa.
Ill list my sypmtoms

15 days past possible infection Very very very small sore throat

16 days, woke up with a stiff neck, felt very tired, sore throat still the same, shoulder felt weird, kind of sore feeling

17 days stiff neck still there, shoulder got better, runny nose, a little cough, sore throat still the same;really small

18 days coughing heavy when i wake up, still a little tired after sleeping, stiff neck almost gone, shoulder feeling almost gone, sneezing

19 days; thigh area, the back and sides where the "meat" is was very sore. Felt like after going to the gym in a long time, and you get that sore feeling after working out. Back sore as well as well as a small part of my right shoulder and neck (the same issue as day 16), coughing when i wake up. runny nose still for the last couple days. no more sneezing which is good. Also noticed a single red pimple on my chest, directly in the centre of my chest

About me 21, live in Australia, girl i had sex with was on a student visa from Thailand. Do these students get tested for HIV if they are from high risk counties?
The girl said her ex bf was clean, and she says she does not have it, but she also said she is not sure if she does or doesnt have it. Her only partner was her ex bf and me (so she says)
i have ordered a HIV test kit, should arrive in a couple of days
I do NOT have a rash, swollen lymph nodes, fever, or any other symptoms. What i have listed is all that i feel
Any comments would be greatly appreciated

Try to relax and take a fourth generation HIV test at 28 days because that is the only thing that will be conclusive.

HIV doctors don't diagnose based on symptoms because they can have multiple causes, so there is nothing pointing toward HIV other than your fearful imagination naturally making you over-analyze your body in fear trying to self-diagnose..
