HIV PCR RNA/DNA test after 7 days of exposure will be useful?

I  had very tiny  paper cut in my Finger.I was touching Private part of Sex  worker and at that  time she did not have orgasm as well.

To relieve  myself from Anxiety/Depression I want to have Test ASAP as I can not wait for 4  weeks for Antibody test.

I am planning to do HIV PCR RNA/DNA test 7 days and also 15 days post exposure.
Please let  me know whether doing PCR test 7 days after WILL be USEFUL or NOT.At the same time I will do Antibody test post 4  weeks and 12 weeks.
