HIV RISK ???????????

Sorry for posting again something similar to what i posted before.
2 months ago i was exposed to HIV when i had a relation with someone i never knew before.
We had unprotected sex for about two hours.
Im a male and I wasnt sure bout teh status of the woman i was with.
I realized what i went through after 16days took HIV combi test for both HIV1&2 Anti Bod + P24
Result was negative
after 4 weeks i was diagnosed by H Pylori Positive and had a triple theraby of 2 antipiotics
2 weeks later i had a red throat and lymph nodes
took ultra sound and lymph was 2.5 cm left and 2.7 right where they are supposed to be one
doctor said these are reactional lymph nodes due to the antipiotics
i took HIV combi again after 54 days (7.2 weeks) results negative
im still having Lymph nodes and red throat and so much afraid that i am HIV positive ?
what is the possibility of getting + result and why the lymph nodes are still enlarged and red throat ?
anyone experienced that before

Symptoms or the lack of will never tell you your status. You were told before when to test and obtain your conclusive result.

I was discussing the symptoms about the lymph nodes and red throat, i didnt ask if i should do teh test again.
Please understand that im worried bout teh symptoms i have and asking to see if any one might have any idea that might help regarding teh symptoms.
