HIV RISK PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I am 25 years old gay bottom from England.

While in NYC i met up a guy for casual sex, I was the bottom. Condom was used, their was no oral but was anal. He came in the condom.

Also upon my return to the England which was 3 days later I met another black guy from a cruising street / rent boy street in Birmingham. Although I’m not sure he was a rent boy or not as I never paid. Again this was protected anal sex and protected oral sex. When he came I could see the condom was intact but could also see *** along the condom on the inside rather then just held in the top.

As I was worried I went to the doctors and asked for pep and lied that the condom broke. Do I need to be taking pep?

So I shouldn’t take pep as I never had a risk in the first place on both occasions

You wouldn't go and take chemotherapy since you don't have cancer, right?

Please move on. We have already told you what it is.

You don't need to test. Using condoms for anal sex ensured your saftey.

Please see a counselor for your anxiety.

You literally had no risk. If you are truly worried take a early detection test after 9-11 days (wait longer if you have taken PEP). But there is no risk here.

So do I need pep or no?

I was just worried as HIV is a high risk in NYC and also because the 2nd encounter was with a potential sex worker.

Should I continue pep or is their no need.

Can semen not leak out the bottom of the condom??

You used a condom both times, which is how people protect themselves from HIV. You should never lie to a doctor about the circumstances which brought you to their office because the wrong treatment will be given which could result in a lot more problems!
