HIV RISK
I gave a guy head (do not know his history, and that is stupid) and he came in my mouth. I have done a PCR by DNA and awaiting results and I am so scared I cant even express it. Cant eat cant sleep. Look before you post that there is no risk with oral please tell me WHY you disagree with 90% of the information out there.

After my oral cotnact with a guy I took a DNA by PCR 7 post possible HIV infection and the reult was negative. How accurate do you feel these results are?

Where do you practice medicine? I like many others on this board feel scared and unsure of their exposure risk. I realize you may be smarter than the rest of us but I do ask for some compassion.
The CDC site says there is a risk of trasmission of the virus during oral sex. What scientific evidence to point to while making this opinion?
No incident HIV infections among MSM who practice exclusively oral sex.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
