HIV RISK?

I made the stupid decision to go and meet a csw who engages in bdsm. She was relatively high class. She penetrated me anally using sex toys which were covered with a condom and fingered me as well wearing gloves. I did not penetrate her vaginally or anally nor was there any oral sex involved. I did however ask her about the cleaning process of toys and she replied saying that after every customer they are thoroughly washed.

It has been 4 weeks since this encounter and I have not had any other sexual encounters since. My last HIV was in June and that was negative and taken at 6 weeks from the last encounter as per your recommendations that I have read.

I currently have a fairly large mouth ulcer and today have noticed a small patch of redness just below my neck which itches slightly at times. I stay in a fairly humid and hot city and suffer from acne. At no point have I had a fever or cold as due to Covid,my workspace checks for symptoms daily

IS there an HIV/STD risk in the above case? Am i overthinking this?

No, you did NOT get HIV this way.  A dildo is not a penis, and in order to get HIV sexually, a penis must be inside a vagina or anus, unprotected.  HIV does not remain active once it is outside the body, on skin or objects.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (toys, gloves etc, which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe, so move on back to your happy life. You couldn't have read advice on this site very well, because no one uses 6 week guidelines and no one says you had a risk. You should stop googling about hiv because you had a non event.
