HIV RNA & HIB 4th generation tests

Hi,
I was involved in a risky heterosexual encounter. I'm male living in Florida. I'm not sure how risky my encounter was! I did have unprotected sex with a random girl "Unknown Status".

My questions are about the accuracy of HIV tests and what should I do next.
Took the HIV RNA test after 10 days and the result was negative.
Took the 4th generation test after 29 days and the result was negative.
Should I be worried, Is it really required to retest after 3 months. If yes what my chances are? Should I avoid any sexual encounters with my wife?

I would appreciate any help.
Thanks!

I would consider it conclusive.

Thank you! So I can say the test is conclusive?  And I can safely have sex with my wife.
I would like to add that in my encounter there was no ejaculation and no anal.

Hello,
The result of the 4th generation test is accurate for the incident you describe. You can confirm the negative result just for the peace of your mind at 3 months post exposure.
Take care
