hiv in semen go into vagina asking help for edward hook and teak

after one man’s hiv semen was outside the body for 7 minutes,the man touch a woman’s vagina(do not know if vagina has broken skin)with hiv semen,has the women some risk to get hiv

We covered this on your last post so this will be the final time. You can't get HIV from having someone touch you even if their hands are dripping in semen.  (going back to your mother touching your jeans).  This question?  What is this about?  This is a made up scenario?  The ONLY ways someone gets HIV is if (and during) they have unprotected (no condom) penetrating vaginal or anal sex or they share IV drugs.   The transmission only happens within the body, not outside like touching, penis, hands or what have you and that includes touching the vagina. that includes fingering the vagina.  It has to be a penis INSIDE the vagina or anus to transmit or an inject able needle being released.  So, nope, still not going to get anyone here to say semen on it's own its own in the ways you keep describing is a risk.
