HIV Rapid Test Result

Hi,
Last year, I had the riskiest encounter of my life by allowing my man insert his penis to my anus. We had anal intercourse but he didn't cum in my anus. However, he had many pre-cum fluid. He told me he's clean but I did not believe him because we barely met for sex only. So in the morning after sex, I went and got my rapid hiv test. Result came back negative. This was 09/12/2015. This year, I went to get tested again with the HIV antibodies rapid test where the nurse pricked my finger and collected my blood. The result came back NEGATIVE. This was 01/09/2016. My question is, should I accept this result and move one? Or do I need to get tested again, maybe 3 months after the last time I got tested? I read and the nurse informed me that HIV antibodies can take up to 6 months to show on the test. Is this true? Also, it is a rapit hiv test, what is the chance of it being FALSE negative? Please advise as I am very scared by just thinking of the risky act I made last year. Thank you

Yes, your test is conclusive. You don't need further testing. But, please try to stay safe from now on.

I'm guessing that the exposure was around the 12th of September, and you last test was on the 9th of January. If this is the case, then your negative result is conclusive.
3 months post exposure is conclusive. If I am wrong with the dates, please do the math yourself.

Yes. The dates are correct. However, the test was hiv rapid blood test and the risk was the highest, which is unprotected anal intercourse on the receptive side. Assuming he's hiv positive. Was my test result on 01/09/16 conclusive? Should I accept this and move on or do I have to get an hiv test again in 3 months for assurance? Please advise and educate me. Thanks
