HIV Rash/Symptoms?

Just wondering what the most common first symptoms include? I know I'm being way paranoid and over analyzing every little symptom I have, but I just always come up with possible things wrong when I google my symptoms etc and when I see HIV I get so worried.

My only concern is this rash I have, I thought I had Keratosis Pilaris on the back of my arms (both) and also some tiny bumps on my chest and now stomach, however I went to my doctor and he told me it was Folliculitis, dry skin. Said to apply baby oil after showering etc....
Well these bumps don't itch at all, really doesn't bother me, and doing some research when looking up Folliculitis one of the causes could be HIV. But I dont think it looks like Folliculitis at all, and doesnt itch or anything. But the rash associated with HIV usually comes with the fever as well, correct? And doesn't last very long? I've had this over a month now, along with sore muscles, but no fever, no sweats, no flu-like symptoms, no sore lymph nodes or anything... just this rash, some aches and sometimes diarrhea .

Is this rash I describe similar to the rash with HIV? Like I said, doesnt itch at all, small bumps on back or arms/shoulders/chest (kinda red, some arent).
Only rash I have that itches in a spot on my upper leg which my doctor said was excema.

I've been under some stress and have alot happening later this year (wedding, house, moving, relocating) which is making me worried/stressful hoping everything goes smooth and fine, which i'm sure it will be....

And now my g/f is telling me she has trouble sleeping, waking up middle of night soaked in sweat, nightmares, just bad sleeps with night sweats. And she also has these bumps on back of arms etc, which gets me more worried about stuff like HIV (although she's told me she's had these all her life) but the night sweats just started for her (a week straight now).

I've also had ulcers in my mouth (twice), white flim inside lower lip (not on tongue or cheeks) which felt like a cankor sore, but those went anyway and been awhile since I had them, at least 6 months ago and not returned, was before all these recent aches started, and I think was due to a mouthwash I was using, dr. said was just an ulcer...

Like I said, no fever, no sweats, no flu-like symptoms, no sore lymph nodes or anything... just this rash, some aches and sometimes diarrhea.

Seems like when i stop thinking about my aches my symptoms all go away, except this rash that dr. says is Folliculitis.

I dont think im at any risk of HIV, been with my g/f for over 5 years now, nobody else, but when I get these HIV like symptoms it just worries me.... could it all be stress related? I also take medication for anxiety/panic disorder (for over 10 years now), but that's all under control with the meds.
