HIV fear

Greetings to all the medhelp team for these forum,
Two days back I went to dental hospital in Africa, an average clinic, I did not notice that she taken one instrument and an niddle to check my teeth sensitivness, later found out that I had an bleeding.
Now my question is that, if any hiv patients used the same tools and used on me. Can I get hiv. Pls assist

Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Exposure through dental/medical settings is unheard of, and has been for many years.  You didn't have a risk and there is no reason to test.
