HIV Risk - Massage / Anal

Hi

I am a straight man and have no curiosity and / or fantasy beyond my monogamous sex life with my wife

I occassionally visit SPAs that are mostly three star or four star amd go only for therepautic massage and nothing else

Two weeks back I had a severe back pain and went to a certified Ayurvedic Centre for a full body massage. Typically these oil massages are done by two men with their hands

As i had complained of back pain one of the massuers massaged me between the butt. He slided his hand through them as one continuous motion upward

He was completely clothed and had an apron too. Unfortunately in Ayurvedic massages you are butt naked

My worry is

is it possible he fingered me inside the anus and due to the oil lube i couldn’t feel it? I honestly dont remember being fingered but then i have never in my life ever been fingered so i dont know how it feels

Is there any risk for HIV either from fingering or the massage


I am down with anxiety. I am travelling so cant even contact a doctor or test. I have maintained a decent life style and that i could make myself so vulnerable due to this incident is making me feel really bad

Can you please ***** my risk and help me

I have mild heimoroids but have never bled. Am i at risk in case he put his finger and he had some sore or cuts that i didnt notice ?

No. It has to be a penis to be a risk so that limits the sex risks. listed as 2. to activity that you couldn't have encountered.

Reread about the 3 and move on from HIV fears. You have better things to do with your life and I don't know what he did but it isn't relevant to HIV prevention.

You had no HIV risk and it doesn't matter if he was positive so a test would be a waste of time. You have been worrying for nothing and he wouldn't finger you anyway.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead. If she was positive then you kissed dead virus, and dead is final as you know.

Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from the situation you are concerned about so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.
