Hiv is not transmitted by food or saliva, period including this claim of seeing cases of prechewed food transmitting to children. That's not true.

Even for infants
I have seen some cases where prechewed food seem to cause infection in babies
I am really worried

Your post shows that you don't realize that all viruses are not created equal. You don't have any medical training and have made illogical conclusions, which is why you haven't been able to understand the advice given here while you keep arguing that you know better than we do.
hiv prevention is straightforward. See your doctor for a one on one explanation.

You can realize that is not a realistic scenario to catch hiv since many people eat other people's food but you don't read about people getting hiv in restaurants etc.
Only non sex risk is sharing hollow needles that you use to inject with and the baby was a long way from that.

I have a baby and i am worried this is not hypothetical situation
This happend and i need to know the risk pls do reply
HIV isn't transmitted by food or saliva.  HIV is only transmitted by having unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse, or by sharing intravenous needles with other people  Any other event you can think of is NOT a risk for HIV.
Billions of people eat other people's food but you don't read about people getting hiv in restaurants etc.
