HIV Risk & Test Concerns

Here goes....
Just under one month ago I engaged in insertive PROTECTED anal sex with a male partner of unknown HIV status - i do not know what lube he used
I ejaculated inside the condom and after I pulled out to the best of my knowleddge it was still fully intact

I pulled it off and left it but did not inspect the condom to see if the ejaculate was in it and I cannot remember what the condom looked like afterwards

One month later and I am just very paranoid - I have briefly gotten a very very very mild throat itch several days ago but hardly noticeable

To the best of my knowledge condom was on whole time but i do not know lube

Need I get tested?
And if one month after - is a standard HIV blood test alright?

Many thanks

No risk with a condom. If it breaks only the ring is left...

You can't get hiv when you used a condom, and it it failed it would be a large rip down the seam and hang in tatters so your close inspection was a waste of time.
A test would be pointless so move on from hiv and stop examining your body for clues to a disease that does not exist.

Thank you for your brief response

Just to clarify - if the condom had broken/dissolved it would instantly be noticeable? Is there not possibility for it to have happened without noticing it?

And just for my OWN piece of mind - if i were to go for a test,  my nearest clinic just offers a blood test to test for HiV

Can you please clarify when after exposure people should take a blood test? and the difference between this and other tests?
I am sure that you know what tatters means. They don't dissolve.
If you don't believe the science that you had no risk it is unlikely that you would believe the science behind the test. There are no guidelines for a placebo test so if you do that you can make up your own.
Maybe talk it over with your doc and he might refer you to a therapist to calm you down from this no risk event.
