HIV Risk?

So I posted on here a few weeks back with concern about exposure, after doing a bit of digging and reading I convinced myself that I DID NOT have HIV, and ignored it for a while. Let me back up a bit and brief you on the background story:

I had unprotected sex mid January with a female friend, nearly 2 weeks later I came down with typical cold symptoms, everything went away except for my sore throat which lasted for a few weeks, was diagnosed with Strep Group C and was given Penicillin for 10 days. Sore throat subsided but I continued to have flesh colored bumps on the back of my throat after. Since then I've felt completely fine. I'll add that I never had a fever or anything, don't seem to be losing weight, etc. I seemed to have slightly enlarged lymph node on left side of my neck, that was just kinda bothersome. This all lasted up to about the middle of the first week in March.

Here's as of lately (2 months and a day after possible exposure):

Starting Saturday I've had a relatively mild/medium headache that has been more of a pressure headache that's been centralized to the back of my head. more severe on the left side. Right after that started I began to feel fatigued more than normal. (for example, today I slept for about 10 hours and woke up feeling tired and still had the pressure headache). Since Saturday my neck has been slightly stiff and the headache hasn't gone away really. There are times when it doesn't seem to be there but low and behold it comes back in a short time, in the same spot (back left). sleeping doesn't seem to help with the headache OR feeling fatigued.

My concern involves the common symptoms of HIV. Now I know you can't diagnose HIV based on symptoms, I'm just curious if this sounds like it could be that or if I'm just over reacting? The reason I'm no longer 100% convinced I don't have HIV is due to the latest problems (fatigue and persistent headache).

From what I read headache and fatigue are common in the later stages of HIV, what stage would I be in if I was infected back in mid January?

By the way, the female claims to be clean.

Bottom line: Should I be concerned, or just stop overreacting?

Trust me I will be getting tested. I'm just curious as to if this sounds similar to the norm for the sequence of events for those that came back with a positive result?
