HIV Risk

I had sex with a chinese sex worker in Dec. 27th. We had oral sex (I am the receiver) and vaginal sex with condom (provided by the sex worker and I am not sure about its quality. Also I am not sure if it's broken at the end). I did a test at 10 days after (including HIV 1 RNA, QUANTITATIVE PCR, HIV 1&2 antibody, and STD related illness). RNA test showed 0 copy per ml and antibody test is negative. So could you please answer my following questions:
1. what's the risk I would get HIV?
2. what would be the reliability of the RNA test result in 10days?

Thank you very much

I also found a question on this forum stating the accuracy of RNA test:

I've never seen CDC article that says 10 days is 99%.

But if you've seen it can you post the link.  It would be good to know.

I do know they assume that has their reference date for other tests, but the things I've read have never come out and said what confidence.

Be well
p.s.
The optimal test is the 4th gen test.    It's conclusive at 4 weeks.   It's much cheaper than RNA test.

Thanks for anwsering my questions. Do you know how accurate is the RNA test at 10days? Some article claims the accuracy of RNA test at 10 days is more than 99%, is this true?

Again, many thanks!
