Few days back I went to a public toilet. I was having a bad sneeze and runny nose at that time. I went inside toilet and the toilet seat was too wet. I washed my hand using soap solution, then dried my hand using toilet paper. I used toilet paper to clean toilet seat and because it was too wet, the toilet paper became wet and I could feel the wetness through the toilet paper. I then cleared the toilet paper. After that I used the same finger to clear my runny nose mucous. During this I did touched inside of my nose to clear the mucous. A lady used the toilet just before me and I went in immediately after she left. Is there any hiv risk if there is any infected fluid in toilet seat as there is contact with mucous membrane? I don't know whether I had small cuts inside my nose because of sneezing. I know there is low risk for hiv infection from environmental things. But all this happened in seconds to a minute. Do the mucous inactivate hiv since it is similar to saliva? I washed my hand with soap solution before this and is there any protection from soap solution after it dries to kill hiv?
