HIV Risk

Hi,,,

I had brief Unprotected Sex with a girl after which I took an HIV test from SRL Labs India on the 50th Day and then on 120 days after exposure im having symptoms such as muscles aches in Neck and lower back they used some HIV card test in which I got my results after 2 hours do I have to retest again at 6 months as I have symptoms....

You were given an HIV 1&2 antibody test. It is an approved test, you have tested conclusively negative and don't need any more testing. It's time for you to move on.

you don't have hiv, your test said so, hiv test are accurate after 90 days.

It was HIV Tridot test at 50 and 120 days from exposure....

Are there any possibilities of False Negative and how long does it take to receive ur test results as I got my results within 2 hours....

Not sure wat kind of test you took but with most hiv testing now with 4th gen hiv duo test for antigen and antibody is the most sensitive hiv test outhere at the moment.
Like i mentioned above 3 months is already considered very conservative with modern hiv test as 4 weeks is considered conclusive for the 4 th gen hiv test.

You have tested negative at 120 days after that exposure and that makes you not infected on that sexual incident.
Its not necessary to test again at 6 months as it will be still negative as your 3 months result earlier if u do not have any new exposure.
