HIV/STD during changing to a second condom

I had protected oral and vagina sex with a girl and the condom was intact.  However, during the intercourse, I felt it was a bit dry so I decided to remove the first condom and put on a new one. Now I am worried that vaginal secretions or other fluid at the base of my penis could've made its way up during the whole "removing and putting new condom" process.

Is this something I should be concerned? What is the chance of getting HIV along with chance of other STDs from vaginal secretions at the base of the penis that was exposed in the air.

This is very mind bothering and please help.

Sincerely Thank You.
