HIV Scare after massage with Nipple sucking

Hi there, just over 5 weeks ago I had a massage and it went slightly further.. I sucked on a nipple for a few seconds, think I may have ingested a little breast milk. Since then I contacted the massage parlour and the lady is no longer there. I also found out that she was lactating with a baby. Now the massage venue is not adverstising any more, they have removed there adverts.

I have been having a lot of throat problems with nasal drip, cough and white burning tongue and mouth.
Its been nearly six weeks and now suddenly I have started with a fever and flue like feeling, still with white tongue and burning mouth with sores on my tongue.

I had rapid test at 4 weeks which was negative but have not had any further tests..

Do you think I am at high risk, I know I need to get tested again, in major feer that I have infected my wife...

Thanks

Now, if you have really recieved a positive result, it is either you haven't provided correct details of your exposure, there has to be a gap somewhere or your result is a false positive.  Did you get a confirmatory (Western Blot)  test done yet?

I am going to get another test tomorrow, but regards exposure it was just nipple suck for a few seconds and rubbing wet  vagina , no sores on hand at all, no finger penetration. Would having a lot of tooth cavaties have any influence... no bleeding gums just a lot of cavaties...
You get a 'Western Blot' and get back to us.  I reiterate, if your exposure is just what you have stated above, it must be a false positive. I have explained in my earlier post why there is no scope of transmission.

Consumption of infected fluid is not the right mechanism of HIV transmission in adults.

The risk which is graded as low to no risk for infants are due to possible under-developed integrity of their oral mucosa and epithelial lining, which is how HIV contacts the bloodstream, because HIV can only be transmitted when HIV binds to certain immune cells of the body via a specific primary 'receptor' on the target cells surface, called the CD4 receptor.

When you consume infected fluid,  it goes in to your digestive system and the gastric acid will inhibit the virus. No scope fusion with the immune cell membranes. Hence,  no RNA release nor reverse transcriptase. No infection.

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

Nothing else, including the event you described, is a risk for HIV.  Babies who nurse from an HIV+ mother can get HIV that way, though rarely.  That is because they have underdeveloped immune systems.  An adult has never, and will never, get HIV from breastmilk.

This answers all your questions and if you think of any others, then you can get the answer if you just reread about the 3.
You had no risk for HIV so your test was a waste of time.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
people cough on your lips and door knobs so flu is to be expected at any time for billions of negative people like you. i would not tell your wife about this, since you had zero risk and you will alarm her and she will be very hurt.

Thanks,  I should have also mentioned that I also rubbed her very wet vagina,  no sores or any other issues on my hand.. thought that was even less risky..
If that is another question, then reread about the 3.
Hi there I know I shouldnt reply to this post but just for feedback, after the nipple sucking and touching her vagina with perfectly intact skin for a few seconds I have tested positive... the odds were against me but now I have problems.... I think I have ifected my wife, convinced her to go but she is scared.... I've messed up our lives....
if you tested positive, it was not from the event you described above.
If you tested positive and the above is your only exposure then it's definitely a false positive. Because nothing you described is a risk. When you've not even been exposed in the first place, it's not physically possible to get infected.
