HIV Skin Symptoms

4 weeks and 4 days ago I had protected Oral sex with a sex worker in Bangkok. I am now scared I have got HIV. I have had no symptoms.

However, yesterday I noticed that I have a series of tiny red/brown dots running from my nipples on both sides of the body to just below my shoulder. They are not raised and are not itchy. They are not viable in all lights. Furthermore I have noticed my skin is peeling a little bit in areas that are moist eg on my fingers and above one eye lid.

I understand my risk of HIV is low, but given this rash do you think I should be nervous?

You are assuming wrong. You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV from oral sex.

Thanks Teak. I know you will properly say I am being paranoid, but the rash has now spread down to my stomach, shoulders and back. I see no other reason for this rash and therefore am assuming I am HIV positive.
