HIV prevention
Since I had been diagnosed with latent TB, I have overreacted to my own health problem. Recently I start a obsession with HIV infection. I never had any actual exposure to HIV in my past. I dont do drug or conduct any sexual relationship with anyone. I think i had contracted HIV from touching stuff at goodwill without washing my hand before i touched my mouth while having sore throat. i WAS NOT sure if there is any blood on my hand. I know this is ridiculous. I had oraquick rapid hiv test after following week and they were all negative. Am I at risk of getting infected with hiv ?

No. So you are safe.
You can't get HIV that way and you explained that know it. So it is something you have to get professional help with.
