HIV Symptoms

Hi,
I had veginal protected sex with commercia csw six months before and done Anti HIV test in Pakistan which came as "Non Reactive" i.e. Negative after 2, 4 and 5 months of exposure. Now 15 days back csw gave me oral protected (With Condom) and licked my testicals which are bit wet with preseminal fluid. I am not sure whether condom broke or not. 48 hours after this, I have been feeling pain under my left armpit first and then right also.

Now my symptoms from 15 days are

1. Pain Under both armpits and some sort of swelling and pain feeling in my armpit flush and bone, sort of sizzling thing with pain and starts automatically
2. Same sort of pain on left side of my neck and sometimes in back
3. Same pain just on top area of elbow (flush area)
4. Extreme weekness in my legs
5. Very sleepy

Please note that I have also been experiencing high uric acid in last 6 months i.e. 7.5

Please advise whether I am at risk of HIV? Should I go for testing again and whether i can do sex with my wife?

If you get worried after seeing CSW why do you continue to see them? You probably don't have HIV, the symptoms say nothing.
