i had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a sex worker in the 15/8/2015 , and i couldn't sleep for 2 weeks until i went to a doctor and i told him my story and he told me you must get tested , i got tested after 2 weeks and thank god result was negative this gave me peace of mind for some days and then i started worrying again and searching the internet for answers then i knew about the window period which was 3 months and i tested only after 2 weeks so i got mad again about it and started to lose my mind ao i went to another proficional doctor in this field (hiv) and he told me that this window period was true and that was after 8 weeks exactly so he told me now the results would be compulsive and real so i took another test and it's reallyy haard to take a decision like this and thank god also it's negative so the doctor told me i'm fine and not to worry about it but i couldn't put my mind in peace untill i did another test after 11 weeks and it also came negative so the doctor told me to drop this from my mind and to move on and that i'm hiv negative , but now 5 months from possible risk i feel like my lymph nodes under my chin are swollen i don't know if they are really swollen or i'm just anxious and i just feel them every 5 minutes maybe  really this stupid mistake changed my whole life and i can't forget about it every tiny change in anything in my body freaks my out , please tell me if i'm fine or i must do any further steps or tests ?

You DID NOT have a risk because of this woman's bloody nose.
That is NOT how HIV is contracted!

And you DO NOT need to get on PEP and you DO NOT need to test!

This was a TOTALLY NO RISK situation.

Here are the THREE ways you CAN contract HIV..................

1) UNPROTECTED INSERTIVE ANAL/VAGINAL SEX WITH HIV+ PARTNER

2) SHARING DRUG WORKS (NEEDLES) WITH AN HIV+ PERSON

3) HIV+ WOMAN TO HER UNBORN CHILD

If you ALWAYS use a condom and do NOT share needles, you will NEVER have a risk for contracting HIV. I'm assuming you're a man, so you won't be getting pregnant!

Memorize those three risks and the next time you think you may have been exposed, ask yourself the first TWO questions BEFORE you freak yourself out. If the answer is NO, then you have NOTHING to worry about.

And before you write me back and ask "what if........" let me answer those questions right now............

WHAT IF this woman WAS HIV+ and her blood got in my mouth and I had a sore or a cut in my mouth, or on my tongue or my cheek or my gums!!!!

Human saliva contains bacteria and enzymes that render the virus inactive as does exposure to air in the mouth.

Using a condom for oral sex, WHICH IS NOT A RISK FOR HIV, will protect both you and your partner from STD's. (chlamydia, syphilis, herpes etc)

Follow the rules for safe sex every single time and you'll be fine.

I believe it's anxiety. You do NOT have HIV. If your lymph nodes ARE swollen, stop poking at them! They don't like that. See your doctor to figure out if it really is your nodes or a problem with your neck.
You are totally overthinking this and freaking yourself out.

Sorry fo being noisy but i have another incident today i went to a club and hooked up with a girl that i don't know and we started kissing and suddenly i found her nose bleeding then i was horrified i left her and started running everywhere looking for the toilet then i washed my mouth and face like 10 times and kept searching in my mouth for any spores or openings or cuts and i didn't find any I'm freaked out agaiinn , could that blood be a risk ? She seemed like a clean girl but i trust nobody nomore , should i go to the doctor and take these pills for the  prevention of hiv in the first 72 hours , this incident was today so please tell me asap

But what about these lymph nodes i just keep feeling them i don't know if they are swollen but i feel them swollen when i rest my chin on my chest or somthing or laying my neck down or i don't know is it my neck that hurts and not the lymph , can  i have symptoms after 5 months ? Or i'm just afraid

If your test at 11 weeks was non-reactive (NEGATIVE) you can positively rest assured the results are CONCLUSIVE. The results would NOT have changed within that 4 day period.

Move on with your life, you do not have HIV.

ALWAYS USE A CONDOM!!!!!!!!!!!

this 11 weeks test was exactly 4 days less than 3 months the window period
