Hi-
40 days ago, I was at a party and do not remember what happened at all. It was a big club and also the next day I woke up with a gigantic bruise on the left side of my belly as well as a sore body. I was thinking that I might have been raped, however, there were no signs of anal rape. I don't remember anything and I am worried sick about HIV, since one friend said as a joke "maybe you got raped". I got tested on Wednesday on this month and received the results Thursday afternoon. I am in China, so I have trouble communicating and interpreting results. The doctor said that all was "good". I want to know if 40 days is enough for the virus to show on a test. I have no idea what test was performed and how accurate it is. I have been so stressed and in emotional pain for I have been having all the symptoms of HIV. Pain and pressure on the chest, which resembles the symptoms of pericarditis, which is caused by HIV. Muscle cramps, which lasted from October 20 all the way to the November 3 all over my legs and arms. A sore throat with pasty tongue with small red bumps on the back of the throat that won't go away when brushing, which could be thrush. A slight headache every now and then. Lastly, what I perceive to be a small rash in my chest. I have seen pictures online and my tongue and chest are not as bad as those. I do not know if the pain on the chest is because of the hit I received or not, also I do not know if all those other symptoms are an indicator of HIV or not. I do not have swollen glands, however, the side of both armpits was tender to the touch a while back. I have not had a fever. I would really appreciate it if anyone could clarify my doubts about the testing window, type of test, and symptoms. Thank you in advance for all the help.
PS. I see on one page ELISA for HBSAG , HBSAB, HBEAG, HBEAB, HBCAB, PRES1 with values of 0.03, 2.28, 0.06, 1.64, 3.38, 0.00 respectively, and on other page where it has HIV there is a number 0.26 by the side and also the doctor circled a 0-1 result saying that it is normal. Also on the HIV page there is a TRUST (-) and TPPA(-)
