HIV Test?

Hey guys,

My MD told me that a non reactive PCR RNA with a negative antibody blood test at 48 days is considered as conclusive. And that I should no worry and take a 3 months test.
(btw I did a 28 days  combo DUO antibody/antigen and a 96 days rapid both negative)
Just want to know if a PCR RNA test no reactive  and with another antibody. Is it legit to call it conclusive?

Thank u

The PCR test done early on is considered conclusive.  It checks for just antigens, I believe.  Antibody test at 12 week is considered conclusive.

Just have another question for my own culture. Would like to have other opinion than my md.
Do u guys think that a non reactive HIV PCR RNA test done with an HIV antibody test negative at the same time is conclusive?

You are negative, and your multiple tests will prove it.  No further testing is required.  Enjoy your HIV negative status!
