HIV Testing vs Blood test

Hello,
Thanks for all the help,

I did 3 month HIV test (4th Gen + PCR RNA + Rapid) after an exposure.
I was getting multiple infections such as Oral thrush and UTI (all diagnosed) since 2 months.
So i did immune blood work. Everything came back normal but IgM and IgE.
IgM - low - 36 mg/L      (ref low: 60)
IgE - High - 225 mg/L   (ref: 0-100)

Still continued infections.

Could immune deficiency cause False Negative result?
Does low IgM and high IgE have anything to do with HIV?
Please help.
Thanks

We need to know what your risk was. You may not have needed to test.
What were the results of the tests you took at 12 weeks? If they were negative, then you do NOT have HIV.
We are not doctors and do not have the qualifications to interpret lab reports or if they could affect your HIV testing. Your doctor should be consulted regarding these result. You also might want to ask your doctor about other STD's.
