HIV and Other STD Risk

Hi,

I had protected anal sex and unprotected oral sex with a guy and I was the top. I was paranoid because after I pulled it out from him I saw that that the condom slipped off my penis but it was still inside him with the opening outside of him. I'm not sure if the condom came off while I was pulling out or when I was still inside of him. The guy claimed to be negative to all STDs including HIV, and he said he gets tested every 6 months.

Do you think I should get tested for STDs, and if there is risks for them? Should I take PEP?

Thank you.

To add: the anal sex was quite brief, not more than 2 minutes, and I'm pretty sure the condom was on me when I inserted and I never pulled it out and inserted again before finally pulling out and seeing the condom slip off.
