HIV and STD

Hi Doctor ,

I am from India, Age 33 ,Male. Due to unavoidable circumstances had unprotected oral sex (Received 60 sec) with unknown status lady in spa.From that day i lost the Sleep. I am running life with fear
I had test
1) HIV 24 Antigen Assay at 14 th day - Negative
2) HIV combi ( Ag/ Ab ) test at 25 th day - Negative
3) HIV I & II at 36 th day - Negative.
4) HIV P24 - Ab ECLIA at 37 th day - Negative
5) HIV I - Ii at 42 day - Negative

In 15 th day  I had sore throat.  And 20 th Day Urinary Tract Infection ,  after Levofloaxin antibiotics it reduce 90 % but still exist little bit .
In 5 th week Heptatis B and Sysphilis are negative.Urine test for Gonorea also negative.

Foot and finger has inflammation and yesterday i start to feel little muscle pain and mild testicle pain .In full body checkup ESR 70mm/HR, lymbocutes 51%  and Polymorph has 40% .Other value are ok doctor said.

Is it HIV test are conclusove ?

Anyother STD I need to done ?

Is it my testicle pain STD means which STD possible

Kindly tell what is going on body , Before expose i never had this issue.

You were never at any risk of HIV. So any test done, will always come Negative. Move on with your life normally, HIV is not your problem

Your HIV P24 - Ab ECLIA at 37 th day is conclusive,Normally 4th Generation Hiv test which test for p24 antigen and antibody are conclusive after 28 days after your initial exposure.
