HIV and blood test

Hello

Greetings from India.

I need your professional opinion on my situation. Plz help.

I gave blood sample for testing. Blood was collected through vacuum tube (I think technical word is vacutainer). My concern is regarding reuse of the needle for drawing blood because I did not see the nurse opening a new sealed needle. Despite the fact that I got tested at one of the most reputed path lab in India and the fact that generally needles are not reused, I have following questions:-

1. First needle is inserted into the blood vain and after 3-4 seconds vacuum tubes are attached to the other end of the needle to suck blood. Can it happen that during these 3-4 seconds, any blood that is present in the needle from previous patient get injected into my blood vein??? Can outside air pressure or atmosphere pressure inject the blood from the needle to by blood vein?? Can vacutainer blood drawing process under any circumstances inject needle blood into the body or it is an established fact that vacutainer needles FOR BLOOD DRAWING cannot inject any blood into the body??

2. Is drawing of blood from contaminated needle pose same risk of HIV infection as injecting medicine from contaminated needle into the vein??

3. HIV chances from needle stick injury is assumed at 0.3%. Is it same for needles used for injection or blood drawing?? Because in the latter case needle get inserted into the blood vein directly.

Do you suggest testing?? How accurate is HIV1/2 and P24 Combo (CMIA) at 2 week??

Plz reply.
