Could I contract HIV from toilet paper?

I used a public toilet today with my daughter, and forgot to check the toilet paper before I wiped my vagina. I was watching both my children and was distracted. if there was hiv or hep infected blood on the paper and I wiped my vagina with It after urinating, what is my risk?

I came home and checked myself for blood by wiping and to my shock, there was a little blood on the paper. I am not due for my period for a week so I'm terrified it's someone else's blood :(

I suffer from severe anxiety and OCD. please answer truthfully. Im in a bad way. Thank you.
